Throughout the year, our advisors meet onsite with teammates providing one on one meetings to help individuals reach their financial goals and group meetings to provide new hires and those preparing to retire guidance as they navigate these transitions.
Look for our advisors four times a year at NUCOR Arkansas and NUCOR Yamato. We generally travel to NUCOR Jackson and visit NUCOR Memphis once a year for one on one meetings. These meetings provide teammates an opportunity to speak directly with an advisor who is trained and familiar with financial packages and benefits provided by NUCOR, but we welcome all of your questions about how to best prepare for your future financially. Additionally, our advisors offer group sessions during our visits and as requested by the divisions for new teammates and those preparing for retirement.
